Policies & Registration

For the safety of every guest, all dogs must be up to date on the following vaccinations before attending dog boarding or doggie daycare: 

•  Rabies  
• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)  
• DHPP / DAPP   

Proof of vaccinations is required prior to your dog’s first stay.

• Dogs must be in good overall health  
• Dogs must be free of contagious illness  
• Owners must inform Shirley of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or special care needs  

To help make your dog’s first visit and drop-off smoother, an optional intake form is available to download and print.  Completing the form ahead of time is not required, but it may help speed up the check-in process and ensure a calm, efficient drop-off.  If preferred, the form can also be completed at the time of arrival.

• Owner-provided food is required  
• Please clearly label all food and belongings  
• Any changes to your dog’s health or behaviour should be communicated prior to arrival
